1. How long does shipping take?
Processing: 1-3 business days. Shipping: 5-10 days (small items), 7-15 days (carpets via freight). You'll receive tracking via email.

2. What are shipping costs?
Calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping on orders over $[amount]. Carpets may have separate freight charges.

3. Do you ship outside the contiguous US?
Currently, we only ship to the contiguous 48 states.

4. What materials are used?

• Vases: Ceramic, glass, stoneware, metal. Each product page lists material details.

• Wall Decor: Canvas, metal, wood, ceramic, mixed media.

• Carpets: Wool, synthetic fibers (polyester, polypropylene), jute, cotton blends.

5. How do I clean my carpet?
Vacuum regularly (without beater bar). Professional cleaning recommended. Use a rug pad to prevent slipping.

6. Are your carpets non-slip?
Most are not inherently non-slip. We strongly recommend using a quality rug pad underneath.

7. Do vases hold water?
Most ceramic/glass vases are watertight for fresh flowers, unless specified as "decorative only."

8. How do I hang wall decor?
Check product description for hanging hardware included. Ensure wall anchors are appropriate for the item's weight.
